Fascinating.

When there was no NFA ... solely the CFTC .... this crap never happened.

Clearing firms were covered by the clearing house. No corporations, no llc, nothing of the sort. Right down to the shirt on the partner's back.

NFA ... a member's organization policing members?

To those that have known me since the seventies/eighties ...
