Oh, and not to be political.... but Oh-Dumbo has to do something to look like he is easing food inflation.

They have to force out the weak speculators to whack these markets.

Then, to boot, he'll have some other group to vilify for the high prices that are built in. "see, when we get rid of those really bad bad speculators, markets return to more equalized pricing. We need regulations to control those very bad boys. If it weren't for the speculators, corn would have never been at $800."
