Hey Lee...well as Stargazer pointed out it was a report reaction after all. I watch a calender from a brokers website that I use to trade through...and for some reason it wasn't listed but.... oh well. I'll look at the usda's calender from now on. I very rarely position trade anyway. I prefer day trading.
It was all kind of a coincidence that I decided to hold when I did ..and then Trades put that corn chart up for artie, and implied that the chart was bearish, which I agreed with, and I thought it interesting how the CCI and the RSI both had risen up to the "0" line and rolled over really looking bearish. But what really caught my eye was how both indicators flipped to the up side (above the "0" line) not only on that one price bar...but literally in about SIX minutes. I thought it was pretty cool.
