Nope,not me. That's the northern part of the Island. I live in the southern part of the Island where property values are 1/2 million dollars and up so am doing just fine. Oddly enough in my younger years I tried to convince my wife to sell the house and go live on a boat. After she ripped my face off I never brought the subject up again,lol. Glad I stuck to being a home owner although it probably wasn't as much fun as being a boat dweller. Mind you I could sell my house and buy a very nice yacht now and travel the world. Unfortunately I do get sea sick in open seas so will keep my feet on the ground and not risk getting kicked out of my home like those boat dwellers up north.
