thanks for the heads up.. did you go look at the charts etc? Looks toppy and promising for 16th year..

what do you think about april or june compared to the feb they recommend?
I ask because an interesting variation to this trade would be to look at the live cattle upward seasonal tendency til april and buy june cattle and sell june hogs???????

the differental between feb cattle/hogs is around 61; between april cattle hogs 42; and the june cattle hogs 29 or so.
i would bet time passage alone would increase this differential favorably to the june spread and if the there is anything to the hogs down cattle up tendencies, a lot more bang for buck?

hmmm, did mike ever get the spread chart options working? that could help to 'see it'.
