Jay is the man, I have my new electronic trading program set-up and running, it is a fantastic tool to have access to all markets, futures and options...it shows the market depth and spread for everything, options included, very inexpensive broker fees...
Incredible to have so much power with instant access to everything and any type of trade...
Now I must be very very careful and not over trade lol...

I have made a list of rules for myself with the K.I.S.S. principle at the top and also to remind myself that good trades are rare....so I must be very selective and patient...and disciplined...

And I have decided to not post my trades, at least not in real time, sorry, seems to distract me and I have become superstitious about it...
I will continue to post general market observations and my bias at times however...
