Well, i'm pretty sure he was talking about the square-o-nine chart of a gann wheel, the reason being that he mentioned the ordinal cross and the cardinal cross. And, I cross referenced his numbers and dates on my own gann wheel square-o-nine chart and they are situated just exactly like he stated. If you were familiar with gann wheel/square-o-nine lingo and terminology then him mentioning the ordinal cross and cardinal cross woulda, coulda or shoulda been a dead give away for you.
