You may be correct on Philby's farewell. I truly cannot remember. I thought that it was more of ... You won't have me to kick around here any more. But, as stated in that previous post, I am used to being wrong.

He was never a GWM acolyte. Rather, he did post comments and ask questions, kind of back and forth 'twixt an 'tween himself and GWM. I do well recall that.
