There is some entity on the other side of these trades that will not be able to withstand a full onslaught on all of his positions. Might be the entity that accepts all HFT excess holdings at the end of every day in the Twilight trading. The only entity that can pull that off are Central Banks. They are the hose honeys in this deal. The pseudo banks sell all their crap to the Central Banks.
