Oh, THAT model. I tried that one on loan last month and followed the instructions, too. I had a lot of trouble seeing into the ball from sideways after I had fallen to the floor after the required dosing. Can't remember what the ball showed cause the picture was not in too good a focus. Musta been the rabbit ears I connected weren't pointed just right.
