what you call DCT Tweetie is what we call a 'reset". Market makers are getting backed up and the public is right and growing stronger. If the market makers -- the largest players -- banks and dealers -- don't reset things they will be run-over and the public will win. That is backwards. So they reset the whole thing and reverse the day to day pattern -- around 25 days -- or even the 50-day pattern, stopping out ALL the leveraged specs and re-balancing their books in line w/ the new primary pattern. These are the best times to trade. I'm agnostic when it comes to who gets burned and who makes bank.
