That was one of the options was to undo the changes back to a restore point. Which I tried. The restore date was the 8th of this month. That, for some reason, did not work. I had backed up everything on a external hard drive but it wouldn't even recognize that there was anything pertinent on it.

So I worked my way up the chain of options until I got to the most aggressive before something happened.

Who knows? She seems to be holding together.
