It looks as if he failed on three counts ... He was sentenced to ONE YEAR for his attacks on his spouse (one charge) and his child (another charge).

So, "bad conduct" which falls into the "dishonorable" category. Domestic violence (even a misdemeanor charge) AND sentence to one year ... Three strikes .. How did it get its hands on any firearms?
