My wife is originally from Japan. We've been married since August of 1975 (does that make me an old fart?). In those days, "oriental" was quite acceptable. But, "colored" and "negro" used to be "polite terms", as well ... quite some time ago.

So, when will "Caucasians" be referred to as "European", as in "European-Americans"? The terrible racism of it all ... calling someone "Caucasian".
