Growing up, in the Midwest, when they first started putting out temps AND humidity (before the "Feels Like"), we often were quoted 100% humidity. Day after day after day. I, being quite young yet still knowing what humidity was, asked my father .... what's the humidity reading when it's raining .... He answered, "It could be as high as 100%".

So many days with temp reading exceeding 100 F and humidity readings of 100% ... Now, that's hay bailin' weather, son ....
