When I was 16-17 something in that range, I went to the kitchen one time to find my mother hovering around the stove looking at the vent hood. Whatcha doing ma? I think there’s a mouse in the vent, she said. I tapped on the hood a little causing the mouse to get disturbed and rattle around enough to give up his position. Yep, sounds like a mouse. How are we going to get it out? I reached up and hit the vent fan button, turning on the fan…fan thumped that little ole mouse…killing it. I removed the “filter” and out he fell.

Granny…here in this video…I got to give her credit…but I believe I would have reverted back to what worked so well on the mouse and hit the grill igniter button.

Yea, they would have flopped a bit…but… 😊
