At one of the many gang rape parties that "The Wad" held, some female by the name of "Swetnick" attended ten of them. At that time (1982), she was a sophomore, in COLLEGE. What was a college sophomore doing running to high school drinking parties? Had she never heard of statutory rape? In Maryland there is no statute of limitations for child sex abuse. Why hasn't she been arrested?
