Have you taken a look at the studies that show the exceedingly high levels of pollution, mostly due to human waste, running off into the ocean from those cities?

Untreated human waste isn't something that you have to watch out in order to not step into it ... Rains are washing untreated human excrement into the ocean at unbelievably high levels.

Why isn't the EPA doing something about it?
