Yes I pay...Once you buy the software package you want then you only pay for data...the end of day is like $20 I think if you do live data then you are about $30 depending on how much you pay in advance... and if you want COT or Option data you pay more...

They have a free trial you can play with...

I've been using them for so long it's like wearing my holster...
