My memory was NOT serving me correctly. I remember the nasty break following when Desert Shield turned into Desert Storm and the Exxon cash trader that booked millions of barrels at $50.00 ... but the first real washout came in '86.

My old grey matter ain't what it used to be, many long years ago.
