They try to camp under the trees planted by the state along the highway...State kicks them out...they come back in a day or two. That is what Pelosi's nephew does...Apple doesn't fall far from the tree with this one. They are everywhere...I've been noticing it for about 10 years now...each year getting worse. I wouldn't mind it so much...it's just they can't keep a clean campsite. City just moves them around they can't touch their carts because it is private property...really is sad. All the billions they spent on the Ad's to defeat trump would have fixed it.
