My point is that with law abiding, taxpaying citizens forced to close their businesses and forcing all to stay home .... what about the "homeless"? Will they still be allowed to defecate on the streets and sidewalks?

Those areas are primary sources of income for the Mexican drug cartels. I guess the Democrat Party members, elected and otherwise, don't want to put a dent in the Mexican drug lord's revenues.
