Those will clean up very nicely. Have a dark patina, but they'll sharpen like no one's business.

Doesn't matter what the handle is made of, it's the steel in the blade .. not to mention the bevel.

If it's not been sharpened up too far, going into the hollow of the grind ... most of those old razors sharpen very nicely and provide an incredible shave.
