Can you imagine if electricians were expected to work, ninety hours per week, without pay, so that deadbeats can get what they want? And, since landlords deal with assets, the government comes in and confiscates all shops, trucks, supplies and does so ... without the electricians being paid? Of course, you'll have to pay utilities on your shops, offices, insurance on your trucks, etc., while serving deadbeats for free.
