turn an urn... *PIC*

My 71 year old cousin has decided to check out. Been in hospital/rehab since before Christmas and sees no light at the end of the tunnel. Cuz is being cremated. His wife wants an Urn turned my me, his cousin. I'm honored.

She wishes to join him in the urn when her time comes. A companion sized urn as they're known in the Urn biz.

There's a lot to calculating the size necessary. Body weight, body type. Basically, though, you're reduced to one cubic inch of remains per pound of you.

Turning it out of some North Texas Mesquite. Mesquite is a relatively unknown gem of a wood in the wood world. Check out the beauty of mesquite in the pics.

I just love the stuff.
