Thanks for responding.
I once followed a trader who swore by the COT reports.He had a site.
His strategy was to wait for two weeks after the signal before entering the market/ His results were not spectacular, but he hit a few home runs.

I have not paid any attention to the reports. I was hoping that anybody on this site might offer some insight as to how to they use the data.
I keep on reading on how "professional" traders follow it closely. But.. so far, no results.
