They were contracted with for a certain purpose only. To harvest antibodies that were not in the contract is illegal. What they are doing is using your blood (possession) to, without compensation, advance themselves.

I think DNA tests will richly reward many folks in court in the future.

Theft by fraud.

Reminds me of Billy Gates stealing code in his younger days to build his fortune.
