We should schedule congress like Texas does except modify it further so that they meet once a year for two days, normal business hours only...day one, discuss legislation to be voted on for day two...day two, they all get fitted with concrete shoes and kicked off a boat for a no vote day. Any newly voted in replacement pols willing to come in next year...show them the video of the prior years boat party...see if any of them stay past lunch on day one.
If they do...tall stump and rusty spike treatment for them.
