oh yea...blew it up...killed it deaderin hell...never moved an inch from where I blew a big hole through its neck.
The backstrap jerky is some of best jerky of any kind I've ever had. Just made a big ol pot of sausage, made from the deer, cheese dip to eat while watching football and drinking beer throughout the New Year period. Spread the sausage around to fam members and they loved it.
It's been spectacular eating so far. I'm sure I will enjoy all year long. Nice clean green friendly meat. Better than any store bought crap you losers who haven't the courage, knowledge, or skill to harvest and process have to eat.
I may harvest another one before the season is over. I think I'll go for a doe this time.
