Will, I could give you my bucket list ( chit bucket that is ) but I'll just tell you how it starts.
We had a real down pour storm and the pipe from the catch-basin plugged with leaves and other crap.
That caused the basin to find relief in another way. We had two and a half inches of muddy water in the office.
Also, The front office desk, keyboard, monitor, calculator, and stacks of paper were soaked.
It took all day but we got it cleaned-up and ready for business. Enough for one day.
How does flood water get up on a desk you may ask. I wonder that myself.

There is a residence above the office and the washing machine discharge hose came out of the drain pipe and came through the floor.
I went up and duck taped that pipe. End of story.

That's how my summer started and it never got much better.
We're halfway through summer and I haven't been out of town yet.
