Hi Silverbear,

What do you actually trade, the futures contract or an ETF ?? I assume following the index (like SPX) to make your trading decisions ??

Back when the crew was day trading the SnP on the forum with the minute by minute posts, I thought they were trading the futures contract?? But I really don't remember.
