Recent update.

It mentions a third distribution. However, it says to those that have futures positions. I thought those had already been transfered???

So the first one was to transfer the positions.

The second one was for those that had all cash on Oct 31, and no positions.

Now it says for those with futures positions. I hope it means those that had futures positions that were transfered else it doesn't help. Hopefully I will get a distrilbution on this as opposed to the scrap I got on the first one. Also talks about SPIC for those that held securities.

Just tried to call one of the lawyers involved with the Trustee and the liquidation. Got voice mail, but it also left his cell phone. Called the cell phone, but it said he had not set up a voice mail box yet. Imagine that. However, they probably would get bombarded with with phone calls.
