They filed bankrucpty on Mon. Oct 31. I received my notice on Sunday Nov 6th that they transfered my one sugar position, but it looks like it was done late Friday Nov 4th. I think they were able to get all postions transfered by around Nov 11th, so I wouldn't think they still have traders stuck in a trade at this time, but even being stuck for 2 weeks, depending on the size of your postion, could be real bad.

Even with my one sugar position they only transfered something like 75% of the margin, so we were already close to being subject to a margin call. I liquidated my position as soon as I could on Monday Nov 7th, eventhough I did not want to. Else I would have to send even more money in to hold on to it.
