Here is the seaonal trend chart for Gasoline. It is only one 22 year average line chart but gives you the idea of the best time of the year for Gasoline is from mid Feb through May. Moore Research charts show a 5yr, 15yr and 30 year overlaid which shows if anything has changed during each period. Not much different between them other than the low can occur in Jan and have a double bottom or a higher low in mid Feb on average. And the highs can be late April or top out during May with the occasional run into June/July. But this has been quite consistent over the years. The Gasoline ETF:UGA doesn't have a lot of volume either which always concerns me. Right now I'm paying $4.46 per U.S. gallon for gasoline so don't feel bad. You guys always get a break when it comes to gasoline prices. Up here there are a variety of taxes on it. The latest one they've put on gasoline is a 'carbon tax'. And it goes up every year. Everyone has turned into a freaking hippie again it seems....................
