Regarding Ng, I was looking to clarify just where the Utilities, Large Power producers really fit in. I think you have confirmed that. I just wasn't sure where the line might be drawn between a commercial user (power plant) and a potential speculator where (a company that owns the power plant) might trade/purchase from the spot market when it is to their advantage
