I brought this up so many times. The answer is No. I am probably the only on on this board that even knows what Linux is. There are a couple stock trading apps for linux...not much. The best thing to do is run winblows on top of linux using VM Ware (winblows runs faster). Linux would be the bomb...but most trading software is written in C++ /Visual Basic. If you really wanted to "Geek Out"...you could get a winblows emulator for Linux.
