Great chart and I appreciate your thoughts. I think I know exactly what you mean....

Silver is a crazy market, nobody likely knows the amount of manipulation that goes on in that market...but if you just watch charts without judgement, like you say, it seems some things make themselves apparent in the charts themselves....
I am not sure about this CCI technical....according to your chart...it is interesting to note that during the entire runup to $50 it never got so overbought...like it is now anyways....so the question is...is it behaving like a flag that the race has started? Or that no matter how high silver climbs, now it will still be a negetive divergence? It is interesting to note that before the runup to $50 it made a couple signifigant divergences with this indicator and obviously ran up higher anyways...
And both of the rsi parameters you show are diverging higher still after crossing known overbought levels...so I see only evidence of higher prices for a day or two anyways...
Well, the market will show us the way....

Anyhow, tomarro I am going to try to decrease the resolution on some of my pics of my recent travels (to Ecuador and St. Petersburg) and then I will post them on a slideshow so all of you on the forum can laugh at me and then fall asleep with boredom....hehe....
