Well Canadian crews from Quebec and Ontario are already there but with the depth of the problem with no electricity and the amount of work to be done the West Coast crews are also needed to assist as this issue wont be resolved quickly. Don't know how they are being transported as Hydro trucks and equipment and workers are all going there. Perhaps they are being air lifted due to the timlieness of the problem. It's been reported that families are in houses with no electricity or water or food or much help.
