So why isn't there a "physical' book to buy instead of the ebook kindle thingy only? I always only buy a hard copy book that can be easily read and kept and marked etc. Unless there are only a few pages an actual book is best. Even a 'booklet' works for me and I don't care if its twenty five bucks instead of five. In the grand scheme of things a few bucks either way won't make any difference. If saving twenty bucks is what it's all about for some those people shouldn't be trading anyway.
