Cotton reversal??

The moving average is around 89 and its breaking out despite overbought . How does one predict a reverse in this case because wont this market fall back and retest before going further? Just need insight cause I want to enter a short trade hoping it will retest. I know it's like swimming uphill but if I can get 200 points off this I'm game. Does ADX help me in this case?
