When one releases their own records .. that is called "divulging" NOT "leaking".
When Willard, the Mormon, Romney's campaign manger had his tax returns "leaked" .. that was a true "leak" by an IRS employee .. that NEVER faced investigation, much less punishment, for committing that felony.
