"good food"

my sister just got back from visiting her son in Austin/Round Rock where the nef took her about town checking out some of the food joints. Sis was in food heaven and nef keeps telling me to come out so he can take me to what he says are some of the best feeding troughs he's ever experienced.

Given that the boy is a food aficionado, I'm going to say it's a safe bet that the place still has some good food.

There used to be a dive in Wichita Falls, where I went to school, called the Bar L. That place had the best ribs I ever shoved in my pie hole. So good where they, it ruined ribs from any place else for me. People used to drive in from DFW to get em some Bar L ribs and a red draw(beer mixed with tomato juice). I wasn't that big a fan of the red draw but the ribs were to die for. 30 years later I still refuse to eat ribs from anywhere else unless I fix them myself.
