Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. I need to pay for someone else's baby? Looks like everyone else's baby. Think about this .. Caid (Medicaid Title Act 19) is for the indigent .. That means that 77% of all of the little bambinos .. popping out .. in New Mexico .. their mommy is on welfare.
