What caused rates to rise was NO underwriting and HAVING to accept anyone and everyone .. at the same rates charged to someone that used to have a "Preferred" rating.

The Democrat Party drafted that, voted for that and executed it into law.

Let's take the concept of insurance as the pooling of CALCULATED risks. And, move the ACA to P and C.

Let's assume that you are fifty years of age. Moreover, you have NEVER had an "at-fault" accident .. or had NEVER been issued a ticket for a moving violation. Your neighbor has had sixteen DUIs, in the past two years .. Sixty-four at-fault accidents in that same time period and one hundred eighty-four moving violations.

Your insurance company MUST accept your neighbor and you BOTH have to pay the same rate.

Disabled senior citizens are covered by Medicare .. unless indigent .. then, and only then, does Caid kick in ... on a "Dually Eligible" basis ..

Instead of making statements that are flagrantly false .. bald faced lies, at that ... Just ..

Go back to worshipping the VERY, VERY rich that rule the Democrat Party and the nonwoeking constituents that are served.
