The air coming off that lake is about as cold as I've ever felt. It literally seems to pass right into your body. Overcast, weeks of old snow and ice on the ground and then...add in that bitterly cold wind coming off of the lake.

Hoggie, that's why they made I-75....get on it and don't get off until you see the sign that says "Exit here to Captiva."
