The Courts have held that the dogs must get to the location within 10 minutes or you have been unlawfully detained and no charges should stick. There is mounting case law for the 10 minute limit.

I don't call them sir and I do not respond except with a steady stare and flat voice to the hot dog new boy versions. I also run a camera that is recording sight and sound.
