My problem is:

Have an old Dell laptop I paid 350 bux for in 2012, still works but is super slow compared to the one I bought in 2017.

All laptops older than 5 yrs old keep slowing down for some reason, doesn't matter how I clean it up with 'CCleaner software or whatever.

So if my 2017 starts slowing down , getting worse and worse by the 5th yr, it's time for a new laptop again.
