August of '18...called down from 90...finally it finds it way all the way down to sixty and a little below. I'm thinking the red arrow was the call date.

Anyway, price is hanging onto sixty from the underneath side. It's decision place...not necessarily decision time but decision place.

Should price fail to regain 60 it has the possibility of continuing down to the 45 where it bottomed in '05 and '09.

Then, if that fails we could see it at 30, the seeming bottom for cotton for a very long time back. I doubt that happens but what do I know?

60 will be an interesting place to watch.
