If you can get to your gutters, only five steps up, is it a walkable roof? Three of my properties, the pitch is too steep to walk them. They ain't 12x12, but they're definitely not walkable.

On all of the other houses, I can at least get to up on the garage and the rest is walkable. Just take up a decent powered leaf blower ... and you're on easy street. I started doing that around fourteen years ago. I noticed a neighbor across the street, from my personal residence, who was well into his sixties do that. And, it hit me ... "Am I stupid or what?".

Instead of moving the ladder a bozillion times, and potentially denting the gutters ... It's simply carry a blower up and walk. One dose in late autumn and another in spring, after the oaks have stopped with their "stringing" and the maples are done with their whirleybirds .... You're good to go.
