One guy age 21..worked 2 yrs here, saved up 30K as I advised him..now he's attending college in Anchorage (from WA).

Another guy, age 43..worked 5 yrs here i as a processor, tells me he wants to leave Dutch and move on, but no idea what to do for the future.

I said..did U take any courses the last 5 yrs online? Pick up any new skills..answer: NO.
